The latest clearance requirements of Indian Customs include AD CODE, GST, IEC, and PAN numbers
According to Announcement No.05/SYS/WZU/2022 dated March 30, 2022,
The sender or recipient must register their own bank authorized dealer code (AD Code no.) in the customs system for inbound/outbound shipments,
And provide the carrier/agent with the bank AD code no. for export or import customs clearance in India
This regulation also applies to the following low value package goods:
① Export: Commercial shipments up to value of INR 500000 (approximately € 6090)
② Import: Low Value Duty Shipments up to INR 100000 (approximately € 1220)
The following standards will be exempted:
① File
② Sample goods worth INR 10000 (approximately € 122)
③ B2C import to India
④ Private exports from India
Shipping Requirements for India
1: The recipient is an individual and needs to provide their PAN number and personal email address.
2: The recipient is a company and needs to provide IEC (Import License), GST (Corporate Tax Number), recipient email, and bank AD code
